Licensing

Sanify Cluster licenses are based upon the amount of usable space in the cluster and are included with node hardware.



Support

Support contracts include new software releases and are available on an annual basis.



Warranty

All storage hardware can experience data loss and has a nonzero probability of data corruption even if the software which controls it is 100% correct. Although Sanify aims to be significantly more reliable than traditional solutions, you should thoroughly test it in your own environment until you are satisfied with its operation before depending upon it, and you should always make regular backups to some other proven technology in the event multiple concurrent hardware faults or a corruptive software defect adversely affects your cluster.
